that their percentage of voting rights in Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA,
Else-Kröner-Str. 1, 61352 Bad Homburg v. d. H., Germany, exceeded the
threshold of 3% on February 25, 2015 and amounted to 3.006% (equivalent to
16,292,484 voting rights) as per this date. 3.006% of voting rights

Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on February 25, 2015 and amounted to
