Placing of Tendered Ordinary Shares

Tender Price

Odyssean Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce that a total of 785,596 Ordinary Shares tendered by Shareholders pursuant to the Tender Offer have been placed with investors at a price of 172.22 pence per Ordinary Share, being the NAV per Ordinary Share as at close on 6 June 2024 (the "Placing Price").

This represents all the Ordinary Shares tendered and, as such, the Company will not repurchase any Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Tender Offer.

The Tender Price (being the Placing Price less costs) will be equal to 171.87 pence per Ordinary Share, which will be paid to Tendering Shareholders on 14 June 2024.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement will have the same meaning as set out in the Circular.
