Berlin, 3 March 2015 - First Sensor AG, ISIN DE0007201907 is announcing
that Joachim Wimmers, CFO of First Sensor AG, will leave the management
board at his own request as of 31 March 2015 in order to take on new
challenges outside the company. The CFO's sphere of ownership will be
provisionally managed by Dr. Martin U. Schefter (CEO) as of the same date.
