Machines for High Performance Solar Cells

Kahl am Main, March 07, 2015 - SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG (SINGULUS
TECHNOLOGIES) has received a substantial order for the delivery of process
machines. These machines are for the manufacturing of High Performance
Solar Cells.

Along with the new order of double digit of millions, the order intake for
the solar segment in the first quarter 2015 increases to over EUR 50
million.
