UET United Electronic Technology AG (ISIN: DE000A0LBKW6), Eschborn,
announces the closing of the transaction of the sale of the property in
Arnsberg. The transaction has been announced and communicated in January
2015 and executed in the last weeks.

The transaction includes the sale of non core property assets in Arnsberg
and the repayment of existing liabilities related to the purchase of the
property. The property including the building has been rented for the last
two years.

After the final execution and completion of the transaction and considering
all related transaction costs there is a positive profit contribution in
the amount of 0.594 mn EUR. As the transaction had been performed and
completed in 2015 the profit contribution will be effective in the income
statement 2015 and therefore reported in the half-year report 2015.

The revenue will be used to repay liabilities, which will be reduced by
3.707 mn EUR.
