Aviva plc (the "Company") announces today that, acting through its corporate stockbroker, Citigroup Global Markets Limited (the "Broker"), it has purchased the following number of the Company's ordinary shares of 32 17 /19 pence each.

Aggregate number of ordinary shares of 32 17 /19 pence each purchased:	1,320,000
Lowest price paid per share (GBp):	472.50p
Highest price paid per share (GBp):	478.10p
Volume-weighted average price paid per share (GBp):	475.80p

The Company will purchase these shares through the Broker on the London Stock Exchange and will subsequently cancel them.

These share purchases form part of the Company's existing buy-back programme which is expected to be completed over the period from 08 March 2024 to 28 June 2024, details of which were announced on 07 March 2024.
