1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on freenet AG, Büdelsdorf,
Germany, have fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on
February 25, 2015 and on that day amounted to 4.65% (this corresponds to
5958959 Voting Rights).
