Further to the Company's 2024 Annual Financial Results announcement issued on 10 May 2024, North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust Plc, announces that it has published the Annual Report and Accounts (the "Annual Report") for the financial year ended 31 January 2024 together with a Circular and Notice of the Company's 2024 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM").

The Company hereby confirms that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 27 June 2024 at 12:00 noon (BST) at 6 Stratton Street London W1J 8LD, United Kingdom.
