Director/PDMR Shareholding amendment

The following amendment has been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on 3 June 2024 at 12.42 under RNS No 8937Q.

Details of the Amendment: a change to the number of shares comprised in the Restricted Share Award granted to Simon Borrows under the 3i Group Deferred Bonus Plan 2020.

All other details remain unchanged.

Pursuant to the rules of the 3i Group Deferred Bonus Plan 2020, on 3 June 2024 the following individuals, being Directors / persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"s) of 3i Group plc (the "Company"), were granted awards over ordinary shares of 73 19/22 p each ("Shares") (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company as detailed against their names below:
