Eckert & Ziegler to Recommend Dividend Payment

Berlin, March 17, 2015. The company Eckert & Ziegler Strahlen- und
Medizintechnik AG (ISIN DE0005659700) increased its sales by 9 % to EUR 127
million in fiscal year 2014. As the Supervisory Board stated at its balance
sheet meeting held today, net profit for the year was EUR 1.28 per share,
or EUR 6.8 million in total (prior year: EUR 1.71 per share and EUR 9.0
million). The decline in earnings was mainly due to the Radiation Therapy
segment, which earned EUR 0.91 per share less than in the prior year.

At the Annual General Meeting on June 3, 2015, the Executive Board and the
Supervisory Board will propose a dividend of EUR 0.60 per share entitled to
a dividend (prior year: EUR 0.60 per share). The complete figures will be
published on March 26, 2015.
