adesso AG: Increase in the dividend by 19 % to EUR 0.25 per share proposed

Executive and Supervisory Board of adesso AG will propose an increase in
the dividend by 19 % to EUR 0.25 per share to the annual general meeting
scheduled 2 June 2015. Within its meeting today the Supervisory Board has
concurred with the Executive Board's proposed appropriation of income in
regard to the 2014 raise in earnings announced before.

Hence, adesso continues the strategy of increasing dividend payments,
subject to approval of the shareholder's meeting.
