In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Aurora Investment Trust plc (the "Company") announces the following:

The Company's issued share capital comprises ordinary shares of 25p, each carrying one voting right. As at 31 May 2024, the total number of ordinary shares the Company had in issue was 76,292,724. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Aurora Investment Trust plc is 76,292,724. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in the Company, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
