GEA to receive three awards during Anuga 2015

Düsseldorf, March 23, 2015 – During this year’s edition of Anuga FoodTec, the leading global trade fair of the food and beverage industry, GEA will receive no less than three awards for groundbreaking innovations. Each of these prizes is awarded every three years by leading industry experts.

The Dairy Technology Award is given to manufacturers, industry supply companies and service providers in the dairy and food industry for the successful implementation of technical innovations. This year, GEA will receive two Dairy Technology Awards. One for the GEA eco force decanter family that combines the highest standards with efficiency; the other one for the GEA Provident Flow Analysis, a tool that integrates and optimises overall production management in food processes. The International Foodtec Award is awarded to food processors and their suppliers for exemplary innovation in the food industry. This year GEA has been awarded a gold medal in the category Process Technology for the GEA MultiDrum. This machine sets new standards in the application of homestyle coating, increasing performance in terms of efficiency and a cleaner work environment.

GEA will receive these awards during Anuga Foodtec which takes place from 24 March to 27 March 2015 in Cologne, Germany.
