We have been notified on March 19, 2015 of the following:

1. ODDO Asset Management, Paris, France, gives notice pursuant to sec. 21
   para. 1 WpHG that on March 16, 2015, ODDO Asset Management exceeded the
   threshold of 3% of the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG, Dachauer
   Strasse 665, 80995 Munich, Germany and amount to 3.03% (1,575,796 voting
   rights) as per this date.

The 3.03% (1,575,796 voting rights) are attributable to ODDO Asset
Management pursuant to sec. 22 para.1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

1. ODDO et Cie, Paris, France, gives notice pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1
   WpHG that on March 16, 2015, ODDO et Cie exceeded the threshold of 3% of
   the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG, Dachauer Strasse 665, 80995
   Munich, Germany and amount to 3.03% (1,575,796 voting rights) as per this
   date.

The 3.03% (1,575,796 voting rights) are attributable to ODDO et Cie
pursuant to sec. 22 para.1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
