On March 19, 2015, BlackRock Group Limited, London, England and Wales has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Deutsche Annington Immobilien SE, Düsseldorf, Germany,
have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 17, 2015 and
on that day amounted to 3.10% (this corresponds to 10964255 Voting Rights).

0.75% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2661845 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).

2.42% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 8578381 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act).
