LUDWIG BECK announces increase in dividend to EUR 0.75

Munich, 30 March 2015 - Following the company's pleasing performance, the
board of directors and the supervisory board of LUDWIG BECK AG today
resolved that they will propose a dividend distribution in the amount of
EUR 0.75 per share for the financial year 2014 to the company's Annual
General Meeting to be held in Munich on May 13, 2015. The previous year's
dividend was EUR 0.50 per share. This proposed increase will allow the
company's shareholders to benefit from the company's performance in a
manner commensurate with its success.
