according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on freenet AG, Büdelsdorf, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold
of the Voting Rights on March 20, 2015 and on that day amounted to 3.03%
(this corresponds to 3882763 Voting Rights).
3.03% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3882763 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
