On April 01, 2015, UBS Group AG, Zurich, Switzerland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on freenet AG, Büdelsdorf, Germany, have fallen below the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on March 27, 2015 and on that day amounted
to 2.65% (this corresponds to 3398308 Voting Rights).
2.65% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3398308 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
