NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc will be holding its Annual General Meeting at the offices of UHY Hacker Young LLP, Quadrant House, 6 th Floor , 4 Thomas More Square, London E1W 1YW on Monday , 24 June 202 4 at 11 am (UK time).

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, a copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting will shortly be uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing at  https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism . The N otice of Annual General Meeting will be despatched in due course to shareholders and is also available to view on the Company's website at  www.angloeastern.co.uk .
