Annual General Meeting and Directorate Change

CT Private Equity Trust PLC ('the Company') announces that at the Annual General Meeting held on 29 May 2024, all 13 resolutions proposed were duly passed.

The full text of the resolutions can be found in the Notice of Annual General Meeting set out in the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements 31 December 2023.

Following the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting, Elizabeth Kennedy retired as non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee.  As previously reported within the Company's Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements 31 December 2023, Craig Armour will now become Chair of the Audit Committee.
