KION GROUP AG: Release according to Section 26 para. 1 WpHG (the German
Securities Trading Act) with the objective of Europe-wide distribution

Voting rights notifications pursuant to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG

On April 8, 2015, KION GROUP AG, Abraham-Lincoln-Strasse 21, 65189
Wiesbaden, Germany (ISIN DE000KGX8881, WKN KGX888) has received the
following voting rights notifications pursuant to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG:

1. The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., Wilmington, Delaware, USA, has informed
   us according to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG that on March 31, 2015 its
   share in the voting rights of KION GROUP AG fell below the 30%, 25%,
   20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% threshold of voting rights and on that day
   amounted to 0.12% (this corresponds to 115,050 voting rights). Of this,
   0.12% (this corresponds to 115,050 voting rights) were attributed to
   The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. according to Section 22 para. 1 sentence
   1 no. 1 WpHG.

2. The Goldman, Sachs & Co. L.L.C., Wilmington, Delaware, USA, has
   informed us according to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG that on March 31, 2015
   its share in the voting rights of KION GROUP AG fell below the 30%,
   25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% threshold of voting rights and on that
   day amounted to 0.00% (this corresponds to 0 voting rights).

   according to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG that on March 31, 2015 its share
   in the voting rights of KION GROUP AG fell below the 30%, 25%, 20%,
   15%, 10%, 5% and 3% threshold of voting rights and on that day amounted

   according to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG that on March 31, 2015 its share
