BUNZL ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF THE ACQUISITION OF NISBETS
Bunzl plc, the specialist international distribution and services Group, today announces that, following clearance by the Irish Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, it has completed the acquisition of Nisbets, a leading omnichannel distributor of catering equipment and consumables based in the UK .
Commenting on today's announcement, Frank van Zanten, Chief Executive Officer of Bunzl, said:
