States of America has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg,
Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 06,
2014 and on that day amounted to 3.03% (this corresponds to 2402081 Voting
Rights).
