On April 13, 2015, Mr Dietmar Hopp, Germany has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
WILEX AG, München, Germany, have exceeded the 50% threshold of the Voting
Rights on April 13, 2015 and on that day amounted to 51.67% (this
corresponds to 4808356 Voting Rights).
49.83% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4636818 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Hopp in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1,
No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting Rights
are held by the following companies under his control, whose share of the
Voting Rights in WILEX AG amounts to 3 percent or more: Curacyte GmbH,
dievini Hopp BioTech holding GmbH & Co. KG, DH-Capital GmbH & Co. KG,
DH-Holding GmbH & Co. KG, DH-Holding Verwaltungs GmbH.
