On April 17, 2015, Franklin Mutual Series Funds, Wilmington, Delaware,
United States of America, informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1 of the
WpHG that its share of voting rights in METRO AG, Düsseldorf, Germany, fell
below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights on April 13, 2015 and on
that day amounted to 2.99997% of the voting rights (9,723,191 voting
rights).
