Wallberg Invest S.A., Luxembourg, Luxembourg has informed us on April 16,
2015 according to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
voting rights on CENIT AG, Stuttgart, Germany, have fallen below the 3%
threshold of the voting rights on April 14, 2015 and on that day amounted
to 2,73% (this corresponds to 228800 voting rights).

FAS S.A., Luxembourg, Luxembourg has informed us on April 16, 2015
according to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
rights on CENIT AG, Stuttgart, Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold
of the voting rights on April 14, 2015 and on that day amounted to 2,73%
(this corresponds to 228800 voting rights). According to Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2,73% of the voting rights (this
corresponds to 228800 voting rights) is to be attributed to FAS S.A.

Mr. Marcel Ernzer, Luxembourg has informed us on April 16, 2015 according
to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on
CENIT AG, Stuttgart, Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the
voting rights on April 14, 2015 and on that day amounted to 2,73% (this
corresponds to 228800 voting rights). According to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2,73% of the voting rights (this corresponds
to 228800 voting rights) is to be attributed to Marcel Ernzer.
