On April 23, 2015, Dodge & Cox, San Francisco, United States has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its voting rights in
Deutsche Börse AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, have fallen below the 3%
threshold of the voting rights on April 20, 2015 and on that day amounted
to 2.96% (this corresponds to 5703872 voting rights).

2.96% of voting rights (this corresponds to 5703872 voting rights) were to
be attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
