Internationale Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, Duesseldorf, Germany has
informed us on April 29, 2015, in accordance with section 21 para.1 WpHG
(German Securities Trading Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÜSS
MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold on April 28, 2015
and now amounts to 3.10% (Amount of Shares: 592,719). 1.47% of the voting
rights (280,314 voting rights) are attributed to it in accordance with
section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
