informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on April
27, 2015 its voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG, 60485 Frankfurt / Main,
Germany, fell below the 3% threshold of voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG
and on that day amounted to 2.98% (this corresponds to 5753867 voting
