Ocado Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 16 May 2024 awards under the Ocado Performance Share Plan 2024 (the "PSP") were granted to the PDMRs detailed below in the form of nil-cost options (the "Awards") over ordinary shares in the Company.
The PSP was approved by the Company's shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2024.
