Carmignac Gestion S.A., Paris, France, informed us on May 5, 2015, that its
share of the voting rights in Leifheit AG exceeded the thresholds of 3% and
5% of the voting rights on April 27, 2015 and on this date amounted to
5.49% (this corresponds to 274,487 voting rights). Of these voting rights,
0.41% (this corresponds to 20,557 voting rights) are attributable to
Carmignac Gestion S.A. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in
conjunction with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.

Mr. Edouard Carmignac, France, informed us on May 5, 2015, that his share
of the voting rights in Leifheit AG exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% of
the voting rights on April 27, 2015 and on this date amounted to 5.49%
(this corresponds to 274,487 voting rights). Of these voting rights, 5.08%
(this corresponds to 253,930 voting rights) are attributable to Mr. Edouard
Carmignac pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG, including the
voting rights of the following shareholder holding directly 3% of the
voting rights or more: Carmignac Gestion S.A., and 0.41% (this corresponds
to 20,557 voting rights) pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in
conjunction with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.
