Munich, 07.05.2015 - Allgeier SE (ISIN DE0005086300, WKN 508630) has
strengthened the Allgeier Experts Division and agreed the acquisition of
100 percent of the shares in networker Projektberatung GmbH based in
Kronberg im Taunus. The transaction is expected to be completed within the
next few days. networker offers specialised end-to-end IT personnel and
project services and has long-term customer relationships with major
national and international companies as well as high-end SMEs.

The company, which was founded in 1998, is specialised in professionally
consulting, structuring and managing projects using the sourcing and
out-tasking, optimisation, standardisation and automation of IT services
and operations as well as providing experts and IT solutions. The company
relies on a high-quality network of IT specialists and its implementation
expertise gained via a wide range of critical projects. networker has
achieved substantial growth over the past few years. In the financial year
2014, the company posted total operating revenue of 35 million euros.

This investment sees Allgeier Experts strengthen its position as one of the
leading IT project and personnel service providers in the German-speaking
world and also expand its expertise in the fields of IT consulting, IT
personnel services and managed IT services. Thanks to networker's excellent
customer access, Allgeier Experts is also extending its expertise in the
high-growth service market for the banking and finance sector. In turn,
networker will benefit from the resources of the Allgeier Group in terms of
the sales, recruiting and service portfolio within the Allgeier Experts
