On May 07, 2015, Mr Edouard Carmignac, France has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Vossloh Aktiengesellschaft, Werdohl, Germany, have exceeded the 3% and 5%
threshold of the Voting Rights on March 27, 2015 and on that day amounted
to 5.000011% (this corresponds to 666266 Voting Rights).
4.57% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 608537 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Carmignac in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following companies under his control, whose
share of the Voting Rights in Vossloh Aktiengesellschaft amounts to 3
percent or more: Carmignac Gestion S.A..
0.43% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 57729 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Carmignac in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act).
