On May 6, 2015, BlackRock, Inc., Wilmington, DE, U.S.A. informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on May 4, 2015 its
voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG, 60485 Frankfurt / Main, Germany,
exceeded the 5% threshold of voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG and on that
day amounted to 5.02% (this corresponds to 9695428 voting rights).

2.21% (this corresponds to 4265735 Voting Rights) were attributed to
BlackRock, Inc., pursuant to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of
the WpHG. 3.15% (this corresponds to 6082336 voting rights) were attributed
to BlackRock, Inc., pursuant to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in
conjunction with Sentence 2 of the WpHG.

Please note that BlackRock, Inc., informed, that the total amount stated
above does not necessarily equal the sum of the detailed attributed
holdings. This results from voting rights having multiple attributions
within the BlackRock group structure.
