Results of 2024 Annual General Meeting and Dividend Declaration

LMS Capital plc announces that all resolutions were duly passed by the requisite majority at the Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") of the Company held on 15 May 2024.

In addition, and following the approval by shareholders, the Company is pleased to announce a final dividend of 0.625 pence per Ordinary Share for the period from 1st January 2023 to 31st December 2023. The dividend with be paid on 21st June 2024 to holders of Ordinary Shares recorded on the register on 31st May 2024.
