LMS is pleased to announce that Jamie Wilson, who joined the Board as Senior Independent Director in 2019, has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman with effect from the Company's AGM taking place today. The current Chairman, Robbie Rayne, will remain on the Board as a non-executive director.

James is currently Chairman and Managing Partner of Source Squared, a US private equity business, and before that was a founding partner of Boston Ventures, one of the leading U.S media private equity funds. James currently serves on the State Board of Advisors for The Salvation Army, and the Advisory Board of the Cambridge Conservation Initiative at Cambridge University in the UK.

Commenting on his appointment as Chair Jamie Wilson said:
