On May 11, 2015, Harald Tschira, of Heidelberg, Germany, informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that his holding of voting
rights in SAP SE exceeded the thresholds of 3 and 5 % on March 31, 2015,
and as per that date amounted to 7.84 % (96,368,275 voting rights).

Of these voting rights Harald Tschira holds 7.50 % (92,079,595 voting
rights) as a member of the community of heirs of Dr. h.c. Klaus Tschira. Of
these voting rights 7.27 % (89,341,595 voting rights) are to be attributed
according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, thereof
4.63 % (56,860,955 voting rights) via the company Klaus Tschira Stiftung
gGmbH.
