Correction of the release as of 04/29/2015

Invesco Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda, informed us on April 28, 2015, that its
share of the voting rights in Leifheit AG exceeded the threshold of 3% of
the voting rights on April 27, 2015 and on this date amounted to 3.30%
(this corresponds to 165,000 voting rights). All of these voting rights are
attributable to Invesco Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
WpHG.
