according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Allianz SE, München, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of
the Voting Rights on May 11, 2015 and on that day amounted to 3.04% (this
corresponds to 13907323 Voting Rights).
3,04% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 13907323 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following companies under its control, whose
share of the Voting Rights in Allianz SE amounts to 3 percent or more: UBS
