The Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung, Frankfurt
am Main, Germany, has informed us on May 19, 2015, in accordance with
section 21 para.1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that its share in
the voting rights of SÜSS MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, exceeded the 5%
threshold on May 13, 2015 and now amounts to 5.32% (Amount of Shares:
1,017,394). 2.64% of the voting rights (504,356 voting rights) are
attributed to it in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 of
the WpHG and 2.61% of the voting rights (499,000 voting rights) are
attributed to it in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 of
the WpHG in connection with section 22 para. 1 sentence 2 of the WpHG.
