Notice within the meaning of Section 26 (1) WpHG (German Securities Trading
Act)

Credit Suisse AG, Zürich, Switzerland, informed us on May 20, 2015, that
its share of the voting rights in Leifheit AG exceeded the threshold of 3%
of the voting rights on May 15, 2015 and on this date amounted to 4.12%
(this corresponds to 206,171 voting rights). Of these voting rights, 2.22%
(this corresponds to 111,171 voting rights) are attributable to Credit
Suisse AG pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Credit Suisse Group AG, Zürich, Switzerland, informed us on May 20, 2015,
that its share of the voting rights in Leifheit AG exceeded the threshold
of 3% of the voting rights on May 15, 2015 and on this date amounted to
4.12% (this corresponds to 206,171 voting rights). The entire voting rights
are attributable to Credit Suisse Group AG pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG, including the voting rights of the following
shareholder holding directly 3% of the voting rights or more: Credit Suisse
AG.
