Final Dividend: Timetable

On 1 March 2024, Bank of Ireland Group plc announced that, subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 23 May 2024 ("AGM"), the proposed final dividend for 2023 of 60.0 cent per share would be paid on 11 June 2024 to shareholders on the register on 10 May 2024.

The notice of the AGM issued on 19 April 2024 included a typographical error in respect of the relevant payment and records dates in the text of the proposed dividend resolution (resolution no. 2). An amending resolution will be proposed at the AGM to align with the payment date (11 June 2024) and record date (10 May 2024) announced on 1 March 2024. There is no change to the dividend itself.

In the event of a poll, the Chairman intends to vote shares in respect of which he is appointed proxy in favour of the amending resolution unless otherwise instructed.
