The Supervisory Board of Gigaset AG has, in its meeting on 28 May 2015,
appointed Mr. Yuefeng Yang and Mr. Guoyu Du as members of the Executive
Board of the Company. Both appointments become effective 1 June 2015 and
expire 31 December 2017.

Mr. Yang has decades of experience on telecommunications markets and will
take over the role of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Gigaset. Mr. Du,
who has been in a similar position at another renowned company, will
oversee Sales and Marketing as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
