On May 28, 2015, BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, DE, U.S.A. informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on May 25, 2015 its
voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG, 60485 Frankfurt / Main, Germany,
exceeded the 5% threshold of voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG and on that
day amounted to 5.01% (this corresponds to 9663388 voting rights).

2.35% (this corresponds to 4532336 Voting Rights) were attributed to
BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., pursuant to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1,
No. 1 of the WpHG. 0.01% (this corresponds to 16800 voting rights) were
attributed to BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., pursuant to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 2 in conjunction with Sentence 2 of the WpHG. 3.00% (this
corresponds to 5791164 voting rights) were attributed to BlackRock Holdco
2, Inc., pursuant to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in
conjunction with Sentence 2 of the WpHG.

stated above does not necessarily equal the sum of the detailed attributed
holdings. This results from voting rights having multiple attributions
