[German Securities Trading Act] with the objective of Europe-wide
distribution

On May 27, 2015, BNP Paribas Investment Partners S.A., Paris, France, has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its voting rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Dusseldorf, Germany, have fallen
below the 3% threshold of the voting rights on 22.05.2015 and on that day
amounted to 2.93% (this corresponds to 1,673,765 voting rights).

2.93% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 1,673,765 voting rights)
are to be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG.

2.13% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 1,214,307 voting rights)
are to be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.
