Notification of transaction by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")

The Company announces that on 8 May 2024 the following PDMR was granted options to purchase ordinary shares of 8 1/6 pence each in the Company ("Shares") pursuant to the Quilter plc 2024 Sharesave Plan at an exercise price of 83 pence per Share.

The options are, in normal circumstances, not exercisable until the completion of a three-year savings contract and will then be exercisable for a period of six months. The exercise period, in normal circumstances, is 1 July 2027 to 31 December 2027.
