On June 01, 2015, Mr Norbert Ketterer, Switzerland, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG, Frankfurt am Main,
Germany, have exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on May
27, 2015 and on that day amounted to 9.79% (this corresponds to 2182567
Voting Rights).
