Berlin, 04 June 2015 - Within the framework of an asset deal, ACCENTRO Real
Estate AG just acquired 419 residential units and 139 car parking spots in
a central location of the German capital. The flats have a combined
residential area of 22,186 square metres. The portfolio is earmarked for
apartment retailing by
ACCENTRO Real Estate AG. The deal marks the next step in ACCENTRO Real
Estate AG's previously announced growth trajectory in housing
privatisation.
