Credit Suisse AG, Zürich, Switzerland, informed us on June 3, 2015, that
its share of the voting rights in Leifheit AG fell below the threshold of
3% of the voting rights on May 29, 2015 and on this date amounted to 1.24%
(this corresponds to 62,235 voting rights). The entire voting rights are
attributable to Credit Suisse AG pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1
WpHG.

Credit Suisse Group AG, Zürich, Switzerland, informed us on June 3, 2015,
that its share of the voting rights in Leifheit AG fell below the threshold
