Invesco Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that on June 3, 2015 its voting rights in Deutsche
Börse AG, 60485 Frankfurt / Main, Germany, exceeded the 5% threshold of
voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG and on that day amounted to 5.02% (this
corresponds to 9696489 voting rights).

5.02% of the voting rights (corresponding to 9696489 voting rights) are to
be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 6 in conjunction with Sentence 2 of the WpHG.
